Although some of our services run parallel with other competitors in the area, we offer additional extras to our service which separate us from the rest. Some examples of this are:

• A gas test on your property and appliances as part of your service (which isn’t a manufacturer’s requirement to servicing)
• Printed documentation of gas tests if any gas work is undertaken in your property
• Printed documentation of CO2 room safety / boiler emissions testing
• All work completed by ourselves will be registered with the relevant governing bodies
• Free quotation of major works, word-processed with a clear bullet point breakdown of the work to be undertaken
• With all new boiler installations, registrations with be fully completed and annual service reminder letters sent to you
• All boiler / gas installations will be documented on our database to create a case history of each client to enable efficient recall of information at any time
